Casa de Avila is located 4 blocks from Main Square, which means close to all the attractions, services, restaurants and everything you need during your stay.

If you arrive by plane or bus, just ask the Taxi to take you to our address:

You will take 15 minutes from airport and 5 from bus station. A picture made of volcanic local stone is shown at the door.

If you are comming to the Mining Convention, buses and taxis will be available every hour to take you there.

• Casa de Avila is offering a special service for the Mining Convention Week in Arequipa. All our rooms are being reaconditioned, but still mantaining the old and sober style of a typical local house.

  Breakfast will be served at our central garden. Buffett style. Three courses. You will enjoy the raising of the sun and the fresh air of the city.

  Our cafeteria will attend you during the day. Snacks, sandwiches and a basic hotel menu will be available until midnight. By the way our bar will offer you typical Peruvian drinks like Pisco and others.

  Our personel will be at your service for all your clothe needs. Ironing, laundry, shoe shining, etc. Just ask. Most of them speak English.
